Martin Clubbs

Martin joined abrdn in April 2022 from Quilter where he previously worked as a Head of Region. Initially leading the North and South sales teams, in Adviser Sales, Martin became the Director of Sales in January 2025. He is responsible for the development and growth of abrdn’s UK Adviser business client relationships. Focusing on identifying strategic, propositional and relationship opportunities that drive positive client experiences and customer outcomes. Martin and his team are responsible for developing true adviser B2B partnerships, including our MPS business. Martin has 30 years’ Financial Services experience, latterly in senior leadership roles, having a real understanding and appreciation of the financial planning sector. Martin is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
